I started 4Good Consulting because I believed there was a better way to connect leaders to learning.
As a former school leader myself, I understand the demands on your time are extensive and varied. Leaving the district to prioritize your learning at a conference can be a challenge. And post-conference excitement can end up looking like a pile of amazing ideas on a table in your office with little time to implement.
I genuinely believe coaching to be the antidote.
Coaching is the Bento Box of professional learning.
Sessions are designed specifically for you.
They provide access to perspective and resources you either don’t have time to curate or might not have seen as part of your typical consumption.
Coaching gives you access to new learning as you need it.
And it allows for time and space to process situations that arise as part of your every day.
I offer virtual one to one and onsite team coaching services for busy leaders because I believe being an educational leader is important work.
It is challenging work.
But it doesn't have to be lonely work.
If you are craving a thought-partner with whom to process the change occurring within your organization...
If you seek meaningful and personalized learning opportunities that honor your calendar and budget...
If you are committed to showing up as the best version of yourself for those you serve...
Then, please reach out.
Still not sure if coaching is for you?
Not to worry. I was a tough sell at first as well.
I invite you to set up a complimentary 15 minute call to explore how we might work together. Purely exploratory, no pressure or sales pitch included! If I am not the right fit, I will do my best to recommend someone who might be.
