Julie founded 4Good Consulting in 2016 because she was looking both for personal change and to impact change differently within public education.
Today, that takes two forms.
As a coach, Julie partners with educational leaders nationally to bring leadership practice to an intentional level. Part thought partner and part critical friend, Julie works with leaders to prioritize reflection and lead with clarity and purpose.
As a consultant with Advanced Learning Partnerships, Julie works with school districts across the country on projects ranging from strategic planning and social emotional learning to micro-credentialing and developing a coaching mindset in leaders and teams.
Julie regularly shares insights from the field and has been featured on blogs from ALP, Pure & Applied Group and the Measuring SEL blog from the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL).
Prior to starting 4Good, Julie proudly served CT children and families as a Spanish teacher in Weston Public Schools and an administrator in Wallingford Public Schools.
Julie was named New England League of Middle School's (NELMS) A+ Administrator in 2014. She earned a B.A. in Sociology from Villanova University, a 6th Year degree in Educational Leadership from Sacred Heart University and a M.A. in International Relations from University of Oklahoma.
