Human Skills and the Case For Coaching
The World Economic Forum recently published The Top 10 Most In Demand Skills of 2020.
If this isn't validation for the viability of leadership coaching I don't know what is.
Ensuring our workforce is equipped with these skills means folks need to be connected to opportunities to learn, practice, and be exposed to high level execution of these skills in action.
Modeling these skills, nurturing them in the newest among us as professionals, and those who are yet to enter the workforce...giving effective feedback around these skills...supporting leaders to create conditions around which these skills become embedded within workplace culture...broadening our metrics to include human skills....
