Leadership starts with us. As leaders, we need access to coaching too.
You identify an area for exploration. Together, we create desired outcomes and chart a course so you show up as the best version of yourself as a leader. That course might involve reflective discussions, collaborative walk-throughs with a specific focus, working through a problem of practice, or a self-assessment of the story you are telling as a leader, among other things.
Highly effective teams are critical for us to be at our best for those we serve.
Team coaching can take many forms depending upon your goals including but not limited to: Working collaboratively through problems of practice, Critical Friendship around the psychological safety, effectiveness, and/or capacity building needed to ensure effective teams, Root cause analysis and collaborative action planning.
Change is hard and it can always be more human.
Your organization identifies an area of focus. Together, we will use various methodologies and frameworks to build commitment, learn through challenges, and identify and address opportunities for growth.
Though the projects I have worked on with school districts have taken a variety of forms, I specialize in bringing out the best in people and groups navigating change.
